Tsar Nicoulai Caviar is partnering with chefs to offer specialty flavored caviars, Luxist reports. Passot Roe, a collaboration with Chef Roland Passot of La Folie are trout roes infused with three different flavors, vanilla, kaffir lime and brandy. Each Passot Roe retails at $28 for 2 ounces.
