the caveau bed designed by emaf progetti for zanotta has steel frame varnished aluminum, springing in natural bent beech strips, with stiffness adjusters, inserted in nylon joints. upholstered base and headboard in polyurethane/dacron du pont and non-removable internal nylon cover. removable external cover in fabric or leather. the bed, fitted inside the base, is furnished with a container unit that can be accessed by an optional lifting mechanism. measurements in brackets are those of the matress.
