Kate Spray wins GLAM's Best Dress Designer

Philadelphia’s Kate Spray nabbed the top prize in a national fashion design competition co-sponsored by www.Glam.com and MSN.com called “Be Discovered: Design a Dress.” Here is Kate’s winning design along with a gallery of finalists’ designs and profiles. Christie's $400 Million Contemporary Art Auction
