Dior will launch its newest fragrance, Miss Dior Chérie Blooming Bouquet, exclusively on the Asian market in August 2008. It is described as a reincarnation of the successful Miss Dior Chérie edt. Dior Operational Marketing Director for Travel Retail Alain Cadet says: “Our Asian customers loved Miss Dior Chérie’s bottle, with the elegant little ribbon, and loved the colour pink. Still, the fragrance was too Western, and not suited to Asian tastes.” The three main notes of the fragrance are mandarin essence for the head notes, peony for the heart and white musk for the base.
