Russian delicacy goes on sale in low-end vending machine

Friday, Moscow took another step toward justifying its reputation as one of the world's most expensive cities by installing a vending machine dispensing one of the country's best-loved delicacies: caviar writes RIA Novosti

In a move that seems to reflect the country's new-found riches and makes Coke machines look almost proletarian in comparison, the dispenser, known locally as an "ikromat" from the Russian word for caviar "ikra", has been set up in a City Hall building on the New Arbat.
